about PRODUCT

Dress Code began as an idea for a digital fashion platform — a space where users could discover outfits, personalize their style, and interact with curated looks in a more structured way than traditional e-commerce.

However, the initial concept was feature-heavy and loosely defined. There was no clear core loop, user segmentation, or interaction logic — only a vision of combining styling, discovery, and purchase into one ecosystem.

We worked from the ground up to transform that vision into a product-ready system: defining the MVP scope, structuring the information architecture, designing a scalable interaction model, and building a development-ready platform capable of evolving over time.

Dress Code is not just a fashion app — it’s a structured digital styling experience built with long-term scalability and product clarity in mind.

workflow

We approached Platnum not as a landing page, but as a launch mechanism. The goal was to build a structured system — combining product framing, conversion logic, Web3 integration, and technical reliability. We worked in parallel to ensure that positioning, token mechanics, and user flows aligned from day one.

problem & solution

Users found it difficult to understand the game rules, bonuses, and betting logic. The development worked with a fragmented architecture and inconsistent behavior of the same mechanics across different games. Marketing couldn't simply explain the product's value — everything seemed complicated, overloaded, and inconsistent.
Main Problem
Abstract Idea Without a Defined Core Loop
  • The product started as a broad concept combining styling, discovery, and commerce — but without a clearly defined core user action. Without a focused core loop, the platform risked becoming feature-heavy and directionless.
High Choice Anxiety in Fashion Platforms
  • Fashion and styling platforms often overwhelm users with too many options, filters, and unstructured browsing — leading to drop-offs and decision fatigue.
Weak Personalization Reduces Retention
  • Without meaningful personalization, users have no reason to return after initial exploration.
Our Solution
Abstract Idea Without a Defined Core Loop
  • We reframed the product around a clear primary loop: Discover → Personalize → Save / Select → Repeat. By prioritizing one dominant interaction flow and structuring features around it, we transformed the concept into a focused, scalable MVP.
High Choice Anxiety in Fashion Platforms
  • We structured the discovery experience around curated collections, guided onboarding, and simplified filtering logic. Instead of maximizing options, we optimized for confident decision-making and reduced cognitive load.
Weak Personalization Reduces Retention
  • We implemented a structured onboarding and preference system that feeds into content logic, making the experience progressively tailored. This shifts the platform from static catalog browsing to dynamic, user-shaped interaction.

PRODUCT EXPERIENCE

We approached the presale as a conversion system — aligning product narrative, wallet interaction, and token logic into a clear, trust-driven user journey designed to reduce friction and support real participation.
