Predictrum is a PvP game that combines crypto price prediction with strategic card-based combat. Players face each other in real time, forecasting the direction of BTC price movement, while the choice of the right card at the right moment determines the outcome of the duel.

Problem

The game lacked a clearly defined value proposition. The early concept blended trading with card battles but had no structured gameplay loop or clear explanation of how predictions and card effects worked together.

High trust barrier typical for crypto-based games. Players are cautious about fairness, balance, and transparency — especially when a game relies on a volatile asset like BTC.

No defined progression or player motivation. Without a reward structure, rare cards, or a transparent difficulty curve, players had no sense of growth or long-term engagement.

Solution

Developed a structured, easy-to-grasp gameplay loop. Each round includes a price prediction, receiving three cards (attack, defense, support), and playing one — a simple framework that creates rhythm, tension, and strategy.

Built trust through transparent and consistent mechanics. The system of base effects, combo effects, fixed combo directions on cards, and the strict dependency on accurate predictions created fairness and clarity.

Created a cohesive visual identity. A cyber-deck aesthetic with glitch elements, script-like cards, and a crypto-tech interface shaped a recognizable world with strong personality.

Added progression and rare cards. After 2, 3, 4… correct predictions in a row, players unlock rare and more powerful cards — increasing motivation, adding risk-reward dynamics, and deepening strategic gameplay.

For headings, we use the Accent Anton font, and for body text, we use the Inter font for easier readability with a technological effect.

Visual hierarchy is achieved through variations in color, changes in fonts, and sizes. This approach emphasizes the priority of information and ensures comfortable perception of the material.

NOVA.MIST moves like vapor through realities — elusive, detached, yet deeply poetic. She speaks in metaphors, often referring to herself in fragments, as though she’s only partly here. Her power lies in bending perception — twisting what opponents think they see, feel, or know.

JAX SYNKRON

A stoic rhythm of discipline. JAX sees battle not as chaos but as synchronization — aligning himself perfectly with the oscillations of time and Glimpzo’s flow. His speech is calm, measured, almost mechanical, as if everything he says has already been said before in another loop.

COAXY

A walking burst of chaos and color. COAXY treats every duel as a street performance — fast, flashy, and unpredictable. She thrives on momentum, switching moods and tactics mid-round just to see her opponent’s reaction.
