Automate The Work Nobody Wanted

We automate the repetitive work behind your operations — intake, routing, approvals, reporting — so your team spends its hours on the parts that need a person

/Why DESH for Automation/

Most Companies Have A Documentation Problem
The process on the diagram and the one in people's inboxes parted ways years ago
Not what the diagram claims
We Automate What You Have

We shadow the actual work before designing anything, counting how often the same number gets typed into a second system

That is why our estimates hold, and why we sometimes say a process should be redesigned rather than automated

Automating a bad process only makes it fail faster

On day one, not after launch
Exceptions Get A Plan

Every process has cases that break the rules, and they are where automation projects quietly die

We define what the system handles, what it escalates, and what the person picking up an escalation actually sees

Corrections feed back in, so the exception rate falls instead of staying where it started

Proven before the second one starts
One Process, Measured

We instrument the current process before touching it, so the improvement is a number rather than a claim

If the automation is not paying for itself you find out on the first process, not after committing to a programme

Teams that automate five things at once tend to finish none of them

/What We Build/

From Inbox To Posted Record
The discovery that decides what to automate, and the pieces that carry a request end to end
01
Process Discovery
Steps ranked by the hours and errors they cost, ending in a short document on what to automate, in what order, and what to leave alone.
02
Intake Automation
Emails, forms, PDFs and chat messages parsed into structured records and routed to the right owner without re-typing.
03
Approval Workflows
Multi-step approvals with rules, thresholds and escalation, so requests keep moving overnight and across time zones.
04
Reporting & Alerts
Recurring reports assembled and delivered, with alerts that fire on the condition rather than on a Monday schedule.
05
System Integration
Your CRM, ERP, helpdesk and the spreadsheets people actually use, through APIs where they exist and the least fragile route where they do not.
06
Human In The Loop
Defined review points where a person confirms or corrects, with every correction captured so the review load shrinks.

/Where we step in/

Taking manual work off the desk at every stage, from a first process to a programme across departments
card image
For teams buried in manual work
  • Discovery across the real workflow
  • Highest-cost process automated first
  • Human review on every output initially
  • Before and after measured the same way
Copy-paste work,
high volume,
first process
card image
For brittle existing automation
  • RPA and rules that break on format changes
  • Fragile steps replaced with models that read context
  • Deterministic parts kept as they are
  • Exception rate tracked over time
Existing RPA,
constant breakage,
replacement

For teams scaling past hiring
  • Capacity per person rather than cost per person
  • Sequenced rollout across processes
  • Configuration your team can edit
  • Handover with documentation
Growing volume,
flat headcount,
sequencing

FAQ’s

High volume, rule heavy, currently done by copy and paste. Discovery ranks your processes by hours consumed and error rate, and we automate the top one end to end before touching the second. If your top process turns out to be a bad process, we will say so.

In the projects we have run it removed the part of the job nobody wanted. The common pattern is the same headcount handling two to three times the volume. If your goal is headcount reduction, say so at the start, because it changes what we build and how we phase it.

It is the normal starting condition and part of the work. Cleaning and validation get built into the pipeline. Where the data genuinely cannot support what you want, you hear that during discovery rather than after three months of building.

A single process typically goes live in four to eight weeks, including a review period where a person still checks every output. Rollout across several processes runs in phases after that, each starting once the previous has held for a month.

Rules and prompts live in configuration your team can edit, with documentation handed over. Structural changes need us or your developers. We aim for the boring version where a threshold change does not require a deployment.
