about PRODUCT

Feyorra is a Web3 platform built around the FEY utility token, offering staking, liquidity mining, and token transfers across multiple blockchains. The platform was technically difficult to use, maintain, and explain.

For users, this meant uncertainty: similar actions behaved differently across flows, transaction states were unclear, and it was hard to predict outcomes when real money was involved. Behind the scenes, complex async logic, cross-chain interactions, and inconsistent UI patterns made the product harder to maintain, extend, and stabilize.

At the same time, Feyorra was difficult to explain from the outside. Token utility, product value, and ecosystem logic were spread across features instead of forming a clear story. The platform worked — but it wasn’t ready to scale, onboard new users, or support long-term growth.

workflow

Feyorra needed more than a visual refresh or new features. As the product expanded across blockchains and use cases, our goal was to turn growing complexity into a coherent system.

problem & solution

Users struggled to understand how the system worked, developers wrestled with fragmented logic, and marketing couldn’t explain the value simply. The product worked, but it wasn’t aligned, predictable, or ready to scale.
Main problems
1.Users did not understand what was happening with
  • The actions looked the same but yielded different results
  • It was unclear whether the transaction went through, got stuck, or failed
2.Features were growing faster than the system's stability
  • The interfaces seemed like they were created by different teams
  • Adding a new network = reworking half the platform
  • Difficult to test, hard to maintain
3.Cross-chain logic was failing with real users
  • An incompatible network broke the flow
  • Fees "disappeared" without explanation
  • Some errors came from the wallet, and the user didn’t understand why
4.The product existed, but no one talked about it
  • Feyorra had a real utility token and a functioning dApp, but there was no systematic marketing at all
  • There was no clear positioning, educational materials, or narrative
  • Users came randomly, rather than through a clear offer
Our solution
1.Users did not understand what was happening with their money
  • Clear flows for each action (staking, LP staking, bridge)
  • Unified states (pending / success / error
  • Tooltips, hints, and cards showing "what happened and what’s next."
2.Features were growing faster than the system's stability
  • A single UX system for all flows
  • Design system and reusable components
  • Architecture that allows scaling networks without rewriting the product
3.Cross-chain logic was failing with real users
  • Network validation before any action
  • Transparent fee structure (platform + network)
  • Fallbacks and friendly messages instead of "unknown error."
4.The product existed, but no one talked about it
  • We built a marketing foundation from scratch
  • Created education-first content
  • Launched campaigns (including airdrop seasons) that were tied to real product usage

staking

Staking FEY used to feel opaque — users didn’t know when rewards started, how penalties worked, or whether a transaction succeeded. We redesigned the entire flow: from entering the amount to unstaking, showing what is happening with each coin in real time.

our solutions
Staking became a predictable end-to-end flow

We have redesigned the staking logic and smart contract states so that every action has a clear outcome: how much the user stakes, when they start earning, and what happens during unstaking
Live balances instead of “magic numbers”

We have connected event listeners to the smart contracts and added automatic updates for balances and rewards. Users see the current data immediately after the transaction
One place to control staking and unstaking

We have brought staking and unstaking onto one page. This has simplified navigation, and the backend API along with unified logic allows for managing all deposits through one transparent interface
Transparent risk and penalty model

We have formalized the rules for lock periods and penalties in contracts. The user understands before confirming the transaction that they can withdraw, making the product predictable and reliable

bridge

Feyorra Bridge enables the transfer of FEY between Ethereum, BNB Chain, and TON. We have simplified a complex technical process into a clear action with defined states, visual cues, and transparent fees. We created a single interface for all networks — the user simply selects where to send tokens from and to. The developer implemented network adapters and routing to ensure the logic works consistently across each chain

Transparency of fees and total amount

Before confirmation, the user sees the Rate, Platform fee, Destination network fee, Total fee, and the final block "You will receive." This addresses the main question of "where are my tokens and how much will I receive?".
Cross-chain support

Two more networks (BNB and TON) have been added to Ethereum, making the Bridge multi-chain. The single network selector in the header simplifies navigation and eliminates errors.

MARKETING & GROWTH

We built the first go-to-market engine for Feyorra — from zero community presence to structured activation. Education-led content, feature storytelling, and community programs turned a niche token into a growing ecosystem.
Go-to-market strategy
Build trust → Educate users → Activate community → Scale holders
Market positioning
We do
  • Translated the message from "there is a token" to "there is a utility in the real product"
  • Linked FEY with Pasino Casino (games, XP, rewards)
Effect
  • The product has ceased to be "just another crypto token."
  • Investors and users have come to understand what they are getting into.
Community re-activation
We do
  • Updated social media according to tone of voice and design
  • Started publishing daily
Effect
  • Returning old users + new organic ones joined
  • Live interaction increased trust in the product
Education
We do
  • Explained in simple terms: what FEY, APY, LP, and cross-chain are
  • Created a "content hub" for the dApp → understood → clicked → used
Effect
  • Users were able to act without extensive research.
  • Newcomers have stopped fearing DeFi.
Growth loops
We do
  • Introduced: XP & leaderboard, tasks, seasonality, deadlines, and "last chances"
  • Added FEY rewards for activity
Effect
  • Participation has become a game.
  • Users encourage others (sharing, inviting friends).
Airdrop
We do
  • Planned 3 waves of airdrop seasons
  • Each season had: clear participation rules, transparent rewards, deadlines, and CTAs leading to the dApp or Pasino
Effect
  • The value of participation has become clear.
  • Airdrop → active users → holders → FEY turnover in the ecosystem.

liquidity mining

We turned liquidity mining from a cryptic DeFi mechanic into a structured “deposit → stake → earn” journey. A clearer UI, strong messaging, and backend handling removed ambiguity between LP tokens, staking and rewards — making the feature usable for everyday holders.
