about PRODUCT

Kaspa DeFi Platform is a Web3 ecosystem for trading and managing digital assets, built around speed, transparency, and advanced analytics. The product combines a marketing landing page as an entry point with a fully functional trading platform for active users.

The project came to us with a request for a redesign and UX rethinking — the interface was overloaded, difficult for new users, and did not reflect the technological level behind the product.

We worked end-to-end: — redesigned the platform’s UX architecture  — rebuilt the visual system and design language  — created a marketing landing page as a conversion entry point  — implemented frontend development and backend integrations

The result is a cohesive ecosystem: the landing builds trust and communicates value, while the platform delivers a fast, structured, and intuitive trading experience.

problem & solution

Users found it difficult to understand the game rules, bonuses, and betting logic. The development worked with a fragmented architecture and inconsistent behavior of the same mechanics across different games. Marketing couldn't simply explain the product's value — everything seemed complicated, overloaded, and inconsistent.

Main problems

1.High-Speed Blockchain, Low-Speed Perception

Kaspa positions itself as a high-performance blockchain infrastructure. The interface felt overloaded, and data lacked clear hierarchy, reducing the perception of performance and technological strength.

2.Complex DeFi Without Structured User Flow

Trading mechanics, analytics, and asset interactions were not intuitive for new users. The lack of structured transitions between actions increased cognitive load and limited active engagement.

3.Landing Did Not Convert into Active Usage

The landing page failed to clearly communicate the product’s value to different audience segments (investors, traders, newcomers). There was no defined conversion architecture guiding users from interest to platform entry.

Our solution

1.High-Speed Blockchain, Low-Speed Perception

We restructured the platform’s UX architecture with a clarity-first, performance-driven approach. By simplifying hierarchy, organizing dashboards, and minimizing visual noise with the Kaspa brand narrative.

2.Complex DeFi Without Structured User Flow

We rebuilt the core user flows across: trading logic, portfolio management, wallet interaction. Clear, scenario-based navigation enabled users to move from exploration to active participation with minimal friction.

3.Landing Did Not Convert into Active Usage

We designed a conversion-driven landing structure: refined positioning, clear utility explanation, structured feature presentation, strong CTAs leading directly to the platform. The landing evolved into a true ecosystem entry point rather than a static presentation page.
